Leaking Tickets

All tickets submitted within the DNRP support system are considered private and confidential. This includes but is not limited to player reports, staff interactions, appeals, and department communications.

Confidentiality Expectations:

• Transcripts, screenshots, or any content from tickets may not be shared with others unless explicitly approved by Senior Staff.

• Do not leak, quote, or discuss the contents of tickets outside of the ticket itself.

• Tickets are only viewable by the involved parties (e.g., the player who opened the ticket and the staff team).

Permitted Exceptions:

• Ticket contents may be referenced in:

  • Appeals

  • Department reports

  • Internal administrative reviews conducted by Senior Staff or higher
