Poaching
Poaching refers to the act of intentionally soliciting or inviting members from any ASRP-affiliated Discord server to join another FiveM server or non-affiliated community, especially without their prior consent.
What Is Considered Poaching?
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will be treated as poaching:
- Sending unsolicited invitations to another FiveM server or hangout Discord via DMs, public channels, or voice chat.
- Advertising or promoting another server with the intent to recruit ASRP members.
- Screen sharing gameplay or promotional content from other FiveM servers while in any ASRP voice channel.
- Posting clips, videos, or screenshots from other FiveM communities within ASRP platforms.
- Attempting to influence, encourage, or persuade others to leave ASRP or split time with another community.
- Using ASRP servers to scout or recruit members for any external server or unrelated project.
Consequences
- Immediate ban from all ASRP Discord servers and in-game access.
- Potential blacklisting from re-entry into ASRP.
- Escalation to partner or affiliated communities if part of a broader pattern of misconduct.
- Removal of any shared content and revocation of Discord permissions, including voice/chat access.
What Is Allowed
- Discussing other servers privately with friends (only if it is not being used to recruit or promote).
- Sharing content from other servers outside of ASRP platforms and not involving ASRP members without consent.
- Linking external content only with prior staff approval in designated advertising areas (if available).
Why This Rule Matters
Allegiance State Roleplay is built on trust, collaboration, and the shared commitment of its members. Poaching violates that trust, destabilizes the community, and disrespects the time and work invested by both players and staff.
This rule is in place to protect:
- The integrity of the ASRP community and its internal operations.
- The player experience, ensuring voice chats and platforms remain focused on ASRP-related roleplay and collaboration.
- The volunteer staff and department teams who work hard to create an immersive and rewarding environment.
