The Mission Statement
At Darker Nights Roleplay, we’re more than just a server — we’re a community built on passion, creativity, and immersive storytelling. Our mission is to provide a dynamic and engaging roleplay environment where players can experience the excitement of GTA V through collaboration, realism, and meaningful interactions.
We are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive space that values teamwork, character development, and continuous growth. With a focus on high-quality gameplay and community-driven improvements, we aim to create a vibrant world where every player has the opportunity to thrive, contribute, and shape the stories that unfold.
Roleplay Standards
Quality roleplay is built on communication, respect, and immersion. All players are expected to follow key standards to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Clear communication, mutual consent, and the establishment of personal boundaries are essential when engaging in roleplay. Every scene should reflect thoughtful character development and narrative continuity. Whether the tone is casual or highly structured, all participants should be comfortable with the content and direction of the roleplay.
Staying in character while being mindful of others’ contributions is crucial to maintaining immersion. These standards help create a respectful and engaging environment where stories can truly come to life.
Disciplinary Actions
By joining Darker Nights RP, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules and regulations outlined within this document. Our moderation team reserves the right to issue warnings, kicks, or bans at their discretion if any rule violations occur.
Server moderation is provided voluntarily by dedicated members of our community. As such, all players are considered guests on our servers, and access is a privilege—not a right—that can be revoked at any time.
Disciplinary actions are applied directly to the account involved in the rule violation, regardless of whether the account is shared or borrowed. It is the account owner’s responsibility to maintain control and accountability over their access. Failure to do so does not exempt the account from consequences.
Punishment Appeals
Players have the right to submit a punishment appeal if they believe disciplinary action was issued in error by a staff member.
Punishments will only be reversed, removed, or cancelled if it is determined that the action taken was incorrect or unjustified. Appeals submitted for reasons such as avoiding a valid punishment, reducing its length or severity, or engaging in baseless arguments will not be tolerated.
If your appeal is denied, you must wait three (3) months before submitting another appeal for the same punishment.
Trustscores
DNRP uses a Trustscore system to monitor and evaluate player conduct. Every player begins with a Trustscore of 100%, which reflects a clean record.
Trustscore will decrease if a player receives disciplinary actions such as warnings, kicks, or bans. Conversely, Trustscore gradually increases over time through consistent, positive participation on the server.
Players with lower Trustscores may face extended ban durations for repeated offenses within a short period. In severe cases, we reserve the right to issue a permanent ban for accounts with exceptionally low Trustscores.
Community Management
Staff members responsible for managing the community reserve the right to remove players from DNRP’s servers—via kick or ban—at any time if they deem it necessary for the safety, integrity, or well-being of the community.
Under special circumstances, staff may be exempt from certain rules when required for the performance of their official duties. These exemptions are granted only when deemed appropriate by server management and are not to be abused.
